City Municipality Invites Participants
to Enter the Nang Noppamas Beauty
Contest**
In celebration
of the 2024 Loy Krathong Festival, Samut
Prakan Province, together with the Samut
Prakan Provincial Administrative
Organization and Samut Prakan City
Municipality, is organizing the Nang
Noppamas Beauty Contest under the theme
“Prasamut Satya Thitthan: Reviving
Loy Krathong Tradition from the Gulf of
Thailand to Paknam.”
**Event Date:** Thursday,
November 14 to Friday, November 15, 2024
**Location:** In front of the
Samut Prakan Provincial Hall
Those interested in
entering the Nang Noppamas contest,
including the children’s and adult
categories, can submit their
applications at the Education
Department, Samut Prakan City
Municipality (4th floor, Samut Prakan
Observation Tower) from now until
November 13, 2024.
