
Suan Sunandha Partners with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and Network Allies to Launch AIDS Awareness and Prevention Campaign for Youth
On July 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, through the Office of Student Development – Discipline and Student Development Division, in collaboration with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s Health Department and both public and private sector network partners, organized the “Smart Awareness for AIDS Prevention in Youth” campaign along with Voluntary Counselling Testing Day (VCT Day) at the Suan Sunandha Health and Sports Center.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Nattinee Issarangkun Na Ayudhya, Director of the Office of Communicable Diseases, Department of Health, with a welcome report presented by Dr. Pawinee Rungtonkit, Director of the Health Department.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Somsak Klai-Sang, Vice President for Student Affairs, welcomed all participants and received a certificate of appreciation on behalf of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University for supporting the “Smart Awareness for AIDS Prevention in Youth” campaign and VCT Day.
The event was vibrant and energetic, with a large number of students actively participating. Attendees gained valuable knowledge on HIV/AIDS prevention among youth and the importance of voluntary HIV testing as part of VCT Day.
