On 30 April 2026, at Building A of Thai PBS on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, through the Student Development Division and the Sports and Health Promotion Unit, joined the press conference for the VOLLEYBALL Sao Lek NO L CUP Thai PBS 2026, the 7th national volleyball tournament for LGBTQ+ athletes.

Somsak KlaiSang attended the event on behalf of the university. The atmosphere was lively under the slogan “The sounds of spikes and cheers will echo loudly.”

As part of its support, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University will host the championship round in July 2026, welcoming athletes and participants from LGBTQ+ communities across the country.

The event was also joined by notable figures including Ratsameekhae Faa Kuealon and Kokorn Benjathikul, alongside representatives from key organizations such as Thai Health Promotion Foundation and Mplus Foundation.

This tournament highlights sport as a platform for inclusion, celebrating athletic talent while advancing social acceptance and equality for LGBTQ+ communities in Thailand.
