Suan Sunandha Remembers the Royal Benevolence, Organizes the Royal Seal Ceremony on Rajabhat Day, February 14

On February 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, through the Student Development Division and the Student Organization Committee, organized the annual Royal Seal Ceremony for the 2024 Academic Year. This event serves as a tribute to the great benevolence of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, who graciously bestowed the name “Rajabhat” and the Royal Seal upon Rajabhat universities across the nation. The ceremony also aims to instill a sense of institutional pride and responsibility among students.

Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, Acting President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the ceremony. She led the lighting of incense and candles and paid homage before the royal portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great.

Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Klaisang, Vice President for Student Affairs, delivered a speech expressing gratitude for the royal benevolence.

During the ceremony, student representatives carried the Royal Seal along with ceremonial offerings, including a golden tray with flowers, a silver tray, and the Thai national flag, as well as the royal standard, in a formal procession to the stage for a tribute before the royal portrait.

Following this, Mr. Chaiwat Jaroonrat, President of the Student Organization, led the royal tribute recitation to express deep respect and remembrance of the king’s generosity.
