Announcement: Student Loan Fund
Borrowers: Existing borrowers (semester 3/2022)
Document submission:
1. Loan withdrawal form for semester 3/2022, 2 sets of documents with barcode and watermark in both color or black and white copies of A4 size...
2. A copy of student ID card
3. 2 copies of the borrower's ID card (with certified copies)
4. 2 copies of the identification card of the legal representative (with or without a legal representative, see from the loan drawing form) (with certified copies)
5. Invoice for semester 3/2022 in the amount of 1 set (with certified copies) printed from the registration and measurement website. (Loan only for living expenses, not required)
6. Registration report for semester 3/2022, amount 1 set (with certified copies)printed from the registration and assessment website (recovering only the cost of living, must be used)
7. Documents for name change / last name change, use 2 copies each (in case of changing the last name) (with certified copies)
DSL system access: from April 10, 2023 onwards**
Submission: 26 - 29 April 2023
Sending address: Health and Sports Center Building, 1st Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Bangkok (09.00 -15.00 hrs)

***Samut Songkhram Campus, staff will provide on campus service on May 3, 2023***
Note
1. Before signing a loan withdrawal document, you are request to check the sample first.
2. All loan disbursement forms for borrowers and legal representatives only sign only at the name appears.
3. Two witnesses in the form of loan withdrawal must be different persons and sign for all sets
4. The date of the contract is not required to fill in.
5. The submitted documents must be correct and complete as required.
