At the major rehearsal 2023 ,  Dr. Anek Permwongseni,  Vice-Chair of the University Council Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University presides over the ceremony and grants the honorary gown and tokens to three Honorary Degree recipients along with Associate Professor Dr. Chutikan Sriwiboon, President and the administrators, faculty, and staff participated at 4 th fl., Health and Sport Building. At the special event, those Honorary Degree recipients offer the student scholarships as follows.

Mr. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul : 200,000 Baht
Mr. Chatchai Phromlert : 100,000 Baht.
Mr. Chernporn Teng-Amnuai : 100,000 Baht.
