We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions. We kindly ask the university to help publicize this opportunity to students or graduates who may be interested.
Position:
Customer Service Representative (English Skill / Chinese Skill)
Vacancies:
- Customer Service (English Skill): 2 positions
- Customer Service (Chinese Skill): 3 positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and provide information regarding the bank’s products and services.
Qualifications:
- Age: 25–40 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficiency in English or Chinese communication
- Experience in banking customer service is an advantage
- Able to work on shift (9 hours including break)
- Work 5 days/week, with 2 days off (off-days are not fixed on weekends or public holidays)
- This is not an insurance sales position
Salary:
25,000+ THB (includes base salary, language allowance, attendance bonus, shift allowance, and overtime)
