Position:

Customer Service Representative (English Skill / Chinese Skill)

Vacancies:

• Customer Service (English Skill): 2 positions
• Customer Service (Chinese Skill): 3 positions

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide information regarding the bank’s products and services.

Qualifications:

• Age: 25–40 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficiency in English or Chinese communication
• Experience in banking customer service is an advantage
• Able to work on shift (9 hours including break)
• Work 5 days/week, with 2 days off (off-days are not fixed on weekends or public holidays)
• This is not an insurance sales position

Salary:

25,000+ THB (includes base salary, language allowance, attendance bonus, shift allowance, and overtime)
