Suan Sunandha Joins the 14th National Student Development Workshop for Rajabhat and RMUT Universities
On April 28, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Phongsawit Suphanon, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Management Science; Assistant Professor Dr. Than Chaitorn, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, College of Logistics and Supply Chain; along with Ms. Sujinan Jong-aree and Ms. Rungarut Patanaklan, staff from the Division of Student Activities and Alumni Affairs, Office of Student Development, represented Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University at the 14th National Student Affairs Network Development Workshop for Rajabhat and Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT) institutions.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Emeritus Chaisit Trachootham, Chairman of the University Council of RMUT Suvarnabhumi, who also delivered an inspiring speech to participants.
A keynote address titled “Student Development in the Technological Transition Era” was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Pramuk Unhalekha, President of RMUT Suvarnabhumi. He emphasized the urgent need for students to adapt and develop competencies in line with the rapid changes of the digital age.
The workshop, held from April 28–30, 2025, aims to:
- Build a collaborative national network for enhancing student potential among Rajabhat and RMUT universities.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange, idea sharing, and broaden participants' perspectives.
- Include academic activities and cultural excursions to significant locations, with a focus on preserving and learning about Lanna cultural heritage.
This initiative underscores the importance of unity and forward-thinking in student affairs across the nation’s higher education institutions.
