
On July 6, 2026, at 08:00 AM, at the Dusit District Office in Bangkok, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, represented by the Student Discipline and Health Division of the Student Development Division, participated in the Bangkok Volunteer Activity for Drug Prevention and Control titled "Uniting Forces of Dusit District Against Drugs 2026," organized by the Dusit District Office.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Somsak Klaysung, Vice President for Student Affairs, assigned Ms. Anchalee Kanju, Head of the Student Discipline and Health Division, along with staff and student representatives from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to attend the event to demonstrate unity and commitment to preventing and addressing drug issues within the Dusit District area.
The objective of this activity was to enhance the potential and strengthen the operational network of Bangkok volunteers in drug prevention and resolution. It also aimed to raise awareness, foster understanding, and encourage active participation from government agencies, educational institutions, the private sector, and local communities to concretely and continuously tackle drug problems.
Mrs. Waranya Leelaburanapong, Director of Dusit District, presided over the event, accompanied by Mr. Niwat Siangloy and Mr. Thanapong Khamthong, Assistant Directors of Dusit District, heads of government agencies, relevant officials, representatives from public and private sectors, educational institutions, community representatives, and local network partners in Dusit District.
Participation in this event reflects Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's role in driving anti-drug efforts by emphasizing the creation of a safe and conducive learning environment. It also encourages students to gain knowledge, awareness, and immunity in life, enabling them to grow into quality, virtuous graduates who serve as a vital force in developing society and the nation.
