SSRU Student Loan Fund (SLF): Submission of Loan Confirmation Forms ("Purple Form") for Semester 1, Academic Year 2026

Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University’s Student Development Division, through the Student Loan Fund (SLF) Department, is now accepting the Loan Confirmation Forms (widely known as the "Purple Form") for returning SLF student borrowers (Years 2–5 / Student ID batches 65–68) for Semester 1, Academic Year 2026 (Bangkok Campus).

Students are required to print out their Loan Confirmation Form, sign it, and completely prepare all supporting documents before submitting them to the officers.

???? Submission Venue: One Stop Service, Student Development Division,
1st Floor, Health and Sports Center Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Signature: Signatures must be written using a blue ballpoint pen only.
• Forgeries: Signature forgery is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• Witnesses: The "Purple Form" must be signed by two (2) witnesses who meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 20 years of age.
  • Must NOT share the same last name as the student borrower.
  • Must NOT share the same last name as the legal guardian.
• In-Person Submission: Documents must be submitted in person only.
  • (Exception: Students currently undertaking internships/cooperative education may authorize a representative to act on their behalf, strictly in accordance with university terms and conditions.)
