
Division of Student Development Promotes Wellness through “Thai Fly Yoga” Activity
On September 20, 2025, the Division of Student Development, through the Sports and Health Promotion Section, in collaboration with the Thai Health and Fly Yoga Promotion Association and Fit2Fly Company, organized a physical exercise activity titled “Thai Fly Yoga (YOGA FLY THAI)” under the theme “Balancing Body and Mind, Empowering Yourself.”
The session was led by Ms. Phattharaphat Phatsilsawirakun (Annie), the founder and copyright holder of the “Fit2Fly Thai Fly Yoga” program, at the Health and Sports Center Building (3rd Floor Badminton Court), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
Thai Fly Yoga is a new and innovative form of exercise that combines yoga with aerial movements using a hammock fabric. Ms. Annie, a well-known expert in this field, currently serves as the Executive Director of Fit2Fly Studio Co., Ltd., with a mission to integrate this type of exercise into educational curricula and promote it as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The event was honored by the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somdet Rungsrisawat, Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Dr. Pichet Koetwichai, Lecturer at the College of Innovation and Management, and Mr. Phathai Chayabat, Head of the Sports and Health Promotion Section.
This wellness activity will continue on September 21, 27, and 28, 2025, at the same venue — the Badminton Court, 3rd Floor, Health and Sports Center Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
