Suan Sunandha Builds Collaborative Network to Enhance Student Development

On February 23, 2026, at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna in Chiang Mai, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University participated in the 15th Student Affairs Network Development Workshop for Rajabhat Universities and Rajamangala Universities of Technology nationwide.

The participation was assigned by Assistant Professor Dr. Somsak Klaisang, Vice President for Student Affairs, who delegated Mr. Nipon Chaipruektol, Director of the Division of Student Development, to lead the delegation. The team included Ms. Sujinan Jongaree, Head of the Student Activities and Alumni Affairs Section, Ms. Pawadee Tososophon, Head of the Scholarship Section, and related staff members.

The workshop was honored by the presence of Dr. Phanumpersak Arunee, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation of Thailand, who presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture on “Driving the Ministry’s Policy for AI Workforce Development.”

The workshop was held February 23–25, 2026, at Khum Phucome Hotel in Chiang Mai. Its objectives were to strengthen collaboration networks for student development, encourage knowledge exchange and brainstorming, and broaden participants’ perspectives through academic and cultural study visits related to Lanna heritage.

The outcomes of the workshop are expected to support the holistic development of student affairs personnel from Rajabhat Universities and Rajamangala Universities of Technology, enabling them to work in a unified and more effective direction.

This activity also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, particularly:

Goal 4: Quality Education – Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
