On July 22, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Prince Palace Hotel Mahanak, Pom Prap Sattru Phai District, Bangkok, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University—represented by the Student Discipline and Health Division under the Student Development Division—participated in a knowledge-exchange activity aimed at enhancing the prevention and resolution of drug and substance abuse issues among Bangkok educational volunteers (Batch 1). The event was held under the Bangkok Volunteer Project for Drug and Substance Abuse Prevention and Solution, organized by the Health Department of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).

The activity aimed to build knowledge, share practical experiences, and empower the network of Bangkok educational volunteers to effectively monitor, prevent, and address drug-related problems. It also sought to foster collaboration among government agencies, educational institutions, and partner networks to build a safe, drug-free educational environment.

During the event, personnel from the Student Discipline and Health Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University attended lectures, exchanged operational insight, and engaged in hands-on workshops alongside representatives from various educational institutions across Bangkok. The insights and best practices gained will be applied to enhance student support systems and implement concrete preventive measures against substance abuse within the university.
