Suan Sunandha Hosts Blood Donation Drive “Save Lives – Cultivating Public Spirit”

On January 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Ground Floor Hall (G Floor), Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, 60th Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok, a blood donation activity was organized under the theme “Save Lives – Cultivating Public Spirit.”

The event was organized by the Division of Student Development, Student Activities and Alumni Affairs Section, in collaboration with the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts and the Department of Transfusion Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.

The objective of the activity was to collect safe and sufficient blood reserves for medical treatment and life-saving purposes, especially during periods of high demand or emergency situations. The event also aimed to instill a spirit of generosity and public-mindedness by encouraging individuals to donate surplus blood to help others. Additionally, blood donation promotes donor health, as it stimulates the production of new blood cells and allows donors to learn their blood type.

The event received an overwhelming response, with a large number of university staff, students, and members of the public participating in the blood donation drive.
