Suan Sunandha has sent student leaders to participate in the network of 9 institutions 
for the Social Learning Support Society, Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, and the Study Center for Development of Hilltribe Communities in Chachoengsao.


Suan Sunandha sent student leaders to participate in the network of 9 institutions for the Social Learning Support Society, Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, and the Study Center for Development of Hilltribe Communities in Chachoengsao on May 23-24, 2024. This event was held at the Khao Hin Son Development Center, which was established under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King in Panom Sarakham District, Chachoengsao Province.

The 8 student representatives, comprising members of student councils and student organizations, joined the activity to learn about the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy according to the Royal Initiatives of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. This initiative was organized under the Social Learning Support Society and Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy project by Hua Chiew Chalermprakiet University and the Naval Air Training Center. A total of 72 student leaders from the 9 network institutions participated in this activity. The Assistant to the President for Student Affairs also participated in this event.

Through this activity, students applied the teachings of His Majesty the King's philosophy and the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in their lives and communities to promote sustainable development in all dimensions. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Sub-goal 4.7 aims to ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including education for sustainable development and lifestyles that promote sustainability by 2030.
