
Collaborating with ThaiHealth to Promote Spiritual Health: “Spiritual Health Learning Space for Growing Together”
On December 4, 2025, at Meeting Room 206, 2nd Floor, Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth), Sathorn District, Bangkok, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Somsak Klaisang, Vice President for Student Affairs, assigned Ms. Anyalee Kanchu, Head of the Student Discipline and Development Section, together with Ms. Phumarin Songsamphan Sakul from the Student Activities and Alumni Affairs Section, to participate in the “Sharing Workshop: Soul Connect Fest on Campus.”
The activity was organized under the project “Spiritual Health Learning Space for Growing Together” by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). The project aims to promote happiness and holistic well-being among university students by fostering balance in both body and mind through learning and developing spiritual health—enhancing self-understanding, strengthening connections with others, and collaboratively building a supportive and compassionate society.
The “Soul Connect Fest on Campus” served as a platform for exchanging experiences on student mental and emotional care, expanding approaches to advancing spiritual health within universities, and jointly inspiring and driving spiritual well-being initiatives for students.
Activities during the workshop included:
- Sharing perspectives on student mental health care (Speed Dating)
- Reflecting on the meaning of spiritual well-being (Spiritual Well-Being Meaning)
- Exchanging experiences in organizing Soul Connect Fest on Campus (Building Dyads)
- A special sharing session titled “Come Back Home to Your Heart” by Mr. Runnanaphan Yangyuenphunchai (Pat), singer of the band Klear
- Creative festival activities (Creative Festival)
- Group discussions on support mechanisms from ThaiHealth (Support from Team)
- A collective reflection and planning of next steps (Next Step)
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, which aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for people of all ages, encompassing multiple aspects of health and quality of life.
